Jaya Baidhakota is 25 years old, from Mygade RM-5, Tanahun, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies (BBS). His last job was as a part-time tuition teacher and a full-time insurance officer at Citizen Life Insurance Company Ltd. He joined the Saathi Teacher Program due to his strong interest in education and its positive impact on community schools, especially in rural areas at the primary level.

Jaya believes that education is key to achieving dreams, as it has helped him reach where he is today. He aims to deliver quality education by building strong, supportive relationships with his students and helping them grow into good individuals in society. He sees it as an opportunity to build skills and contribute to positive change in education.
