Bishal Magar is a 23 years old who completed his +2 in Hotel Management and previously worked as a waiter. From Bishal’s experience as working as a child club leader in his school he felt a strong desire to contribute more to children's education. He decided to join the Saathi Teacher Programme to further develop these skills.

Bishal believes that education is a continuous process where behavioural education is just as important as theoretical knowledge. He aims to create an environment where students solve problems, think critically and are free to have dreams and aspirations. Joining this program has been a life-changing decision for Bishal. He encourages others to embrace this journey of growth and contribution, which is making a real difference in education, through the Saathi Programme.
