Sushmita comes from Bhotang and finished her schooling in Bhotang. She qualified for Mondo-HELP Scholarship in 2015 and studied PCL Nursing. She is now an in-charge at Hagam Health Post in Jugal Rural Municipality. Five years later she joined HELP as a board member.
